- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 teaspoons ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine (optional)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons five spice powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
