Ingredients

• 1 batch of egg noodles
• 3tbsp of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
• 2tbsp of sambal (chilli jam)
• 1tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tomatoes, quartered
• 3 pieces of cabbage, sliced
• 2 bunches of bok choy
• 2tsp salt
• 2tsp sugar
• 6 spring onions
• 6 cloves of garlic
• 3 candlenuts
• ½tsp dried shrimp
