Ingredients
- 12 oz Sea to Table Gulf of Maine Redfish fillets
- 1 stick European style butter, melted and preferably clarified*
- Blackening Spice mix**:
- 1 tbsp. Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. Cayenne
