This is a soup with a zip to it. Zucchini are plentiful and this is a good way to use them. Tastes so good in colder weather. This soup may be frozen

- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 pounds sliced zucchini
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
