• 1 small garlic clove, grated
• ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour for dusting
• 1 large egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water
• Neutral oil, such as canola or grapeseed, for frying
• Flake sea salt and lemon wedges, for serving
