Ingredients

• 800g x Pork loin cut into 3cm squares - see note
• 4 x Garlic cloves - minced
• 1 x Teaspoon cumin - ground
• 1/2 x Cup red wine
• 2 x Tablespoons dried oregano
• 2 x Tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 x Bay leaf - finely crumbed
• 6 x Skewers depending on how you wish to serve and how many guests.
• Tzatziki Sauce.
