  • 3½ tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar, (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil, (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Low FODMAP gluten-free all-purpose flour, (for dusting)
