- 4 tsp (20 mL)finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp (10 mL)lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL)each salt and pepper
- 2pre-rolled sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed (each about 10-inches/25 cm square)
- 1egg, lightly beaten
