- 3 tbsp organic flour
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine or (1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup white grape vinegar)
- 1/4 cup warm half and half or light cream
- 2 tbsp kirsch (optional)
- Crushed Pecans (optional)
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of white pepper
