• 1 lb mushroom, sliced
• 6 slices bacon
• 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely cut

• 1 teaspoon ketchup
• 1 teaspoon mustard

• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

• 1/2 large red pepper, finely diced
• 1/4 cup white wine or 1/4 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup sauteed mushroom (Already reserved)
