Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1½ lbs of ground beef (80/20 blend)
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 large egg
• ½ cup diced mushrooms (button or cremini)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
• 1 tsp dried parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh)
• 1 tsp salt
• Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
• 6–8 slices of Swiss cheese
• ½ cup seasoned sautéed mushrooms
• 4–5 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled
