Ingredients

• 1lb chicken breast, diced
• 1/2 cup full-fat yoghurt
• 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
• 1 tbsp ginger, finely grated
• 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp ghee/butter
• 3 shallot, roughly chopped
• 3 clove garlic, finely grated
• 8 medium tomato, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
• 1/4 cup cashew nut
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1/2 cup double cream
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
