Cauliflower Steaks with Pine Nut Dressing - Marla Meridith

Ingredients

• 2 large heads of Cauliflower (if you can get the colored varieties thats great!)
• 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
• 1/4 cup Toasted Pine Nuts
• 1/8 cup Golden Raisins
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Parsley Leaves
• 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 4 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
• Salt & freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons unsalted Butter
