Let’s face it, a tart is just a much easier way to make a pie. They can be made with pie dough, puff pasty, croissant dough.. and the list goes on.
Ingredients
- 3 -4 ripe pears
- 1 cup diced bananas
- Few dashes of cinnamon
- 1/2 stick of butter ( unsalted )
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 packed tablespoons of light brown sugar (packed)
- one roll of premade pie crust
