This bread pudding recipe is the perfect way to use leftover panettone. Try it with Stefano's traditional or chocolate panettone.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 6 to 8 slices of Stefano traditional panettone (Stefano chocolate panettone may also be used)
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
