- 1 bottle (750 mL) dry red wine
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig parsley, flat-leaf
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, chopped well
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 12 corn tortillas
