Ingredients

• 3 pounds (1.5 kg) boneless beef chuck roast
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) cholula original hot sauce
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) chili powder
• 2 tsps (10 ml) garlic powder
• 2 tsps (10 ml) onion powder
• 1 tsp (5 ml) ground cumin
• 1 tsp (5 ml) oregano leaves
• 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) black pepper
• Juice of 1 lime
• 24 corn tortillas warmed
• Crumbled Cotija cheese to serve
• Chopped avocado to serve
• 4 medium radishes thinly sliced
• 1 small bunch fresh cilantro chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) thinly sliced red onion
