Ingredients

• 800 ml chicken stock
• 1 pinch saffron threads
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 brown onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 ½ cups arborio rice
• 125 ml white wine
• 2/3 (70 g) grated Perfect Italiano™ Romano
• 50 g Western Star Original Salted Butter
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
