Three B Salad – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 2 15-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 15-ounce can white corn, drained
• 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 avocado, cubed
• 2 mangos or peaches, peeled and sliced
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's 18 Year Traditional balsamic
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Cilantro and Onion olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
