Ingredients

• Roland® Hot Green Chili Crunch (available on Amazon )
• Roland® Spicy Sriracha Chili Sauce (available on Amazon )
• 1 egg
• 1 rice paper round
• Scallions, chopped
• Black pepper, to taste
• Kewpie mayonnaise
• Place a rice paper round in a pan over low heat
• Add a dollop of Roland's hot green chili crunch onto the rice paper
• Crack an egg on top of the chili crunch and spread it out evenly
• Sprinkle chopped scallions and black pepper over the egg
• Drizzle with sriracha sauce and kewpie mayo according to your taste preferences
• Optionally, fold the rice paper in half to enclose all the ingredients
• Cook until the rice paper is crisped on both sides, ensuring the egg is fully cooked
• Once crispy, remove from the pan and serve hot
