• ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
• 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour (8g)
• 3 tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces (42g)
• 1 recipe for Basic Sweet Pie Crust
• 2 tbsp. granulated sugar for dusting the crust (25g)
