- 290 gm sugar
- 8 apricots, halved and stones removed
- ½ lemon, zested rind and juice only
- Honeycomb
- 110 gm caster sugar (½ cup)
- 125 ml corn syrup (½ cup)
- 2 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 10 gm bicarbonate of soda
