- 180 gm honey
- tsp saffron threads
- 6 leaves of gelatine (titanium strength)
- 290 gm sugar
- 8 apricots, halved and stones removed
- lemon, zested rind and juice only
- 110 gm ( 1/2 cup) caster sugar
- 125 ml ( 1/2 cup) corn syrup
- 2 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 10 gm bicarbonate of soda
