Ingredients

• 250 g kamut flour (plus a little for handling the dough)
• 8-9 tbsp (= 60 ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (plus 1-2 to grease the pan)
• 60 g brown sugar
• 80 g almond milk
• 1 pinch of turmeric
• 2 g baking soda
• 100 g butter
• 7 eggs (4 whole + 3 yolks)
• 175 g brown sugar
• 100 ml lemon juice
• 6 g gelatin sheets
• 1 sprig of sage
