Sheet Pan Italian Subs – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
• 2 loaves sliced white or sourdough bread
• 1 pound deli ham, sliced
• 1/2 pound salami, sliced
• 1/2 pound fresh sliced mozzarella
• 1/2 pound sliced provolone
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 1 8oz jar pepperoncini, drained and sliced
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
• Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish
