- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 20 ounces lean ground turkey
- 1 (26 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
- 9 ounces uncoooked spaghetti
