Ingredients
- ½ cup La Fabrick whiskey maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Canadian Whiskey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 pears, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
- 6 cups slightly stale, quality white cake torn into pieces
- Chilled maple pudding (recipe below)
- ⅓ cup chopped toasted walnuts
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 300 ml Martin Picard Maple Condensed milk
