This cake is quick to put together, and would make a wonderful lunchbox snack cake or afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups (142g) King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour, white or traditional
- 3/4 cup (90g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 12 tablespoons (170g) unsalted butter, at room temperature, at least 65°F
- 1 cup (340g) honey
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup (57g) sour cream or yogurt, at room temperature
