- 1 tablespoon mixed dhania (coriander) jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri masala
- A pinch egg yellow powder mixed in a tablespoon water
- Half a cup sour milk
- Potatoes fried
- 2 and a half cups uncooked
