Spinach Artichoke Dip (Slow cooker and oven directions!) | A Cup Of Cream

Ingredients

• 1 ½ pounds fresh spinach, chopped *see note
• 6 tablespoons of water, divided
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup milk
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons mayo
• ½ teaspoon sriracha
• 2, 15 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into quarters
• 2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
• 1 ¼ cup fresh mozzarella cheese cut into small chunks (or 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese)
