Scallop over melting of leeks | Scallops recipe

Ingredients

• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) of 15% cooking cream
• 6 garden vegetables crackers
• 60 ml (1/4 cup) of grated Parmesan
• 12 medium size scallops (20/30 caliber)
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
• 60 ml (1/4 cup) of mustard microgreens (optional)
