- 8 eggs, separated (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (8-oz./225-g.) containers parve whipping cream
- 4 ounces (110 grams) grated Elite Chocolate
- 4 ounces (110 grams) candied pecans, finely chopped
- a drop of green food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon pistachio extract
- 3 tablespoons Gefen Peanut Butter or nougat powder
- peanut or hazelnut crunch, for garnish
- raspberry or other berry syrup, for drizzling
