- 2 chicken breasts
- 400ml Sunflower oil
- 400g Exotic brinjals, diced in big chunks
- 100g Noodles
- Soy sauce 1/3 cup
- Mirin 2 tsp
- Rice vinegar 1 tsp
- 4cm Ginger , finely grated
- Garlic 1 tsp, finely chopped
- Green chilli 1 tsp, finely chopped
- 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 ripe avocados, sliced
