Ingredients

• 450 g any white fish
• ⅔ cup milk
• ⅔ cup water
• 1 bay leaf
• 300 g sweet potatoes or regular potatoes
• ½ tsp lemon zest
• ¼ cup parsley or coriander (chopped)
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise (Posh Nosh is always preferable:))
• ½ tbsp mustard
• ½ lime juice
• 1 egg
• flour for shaping
• 80 g toasted breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp oil
• lemon wedges (for garnish)
• mixed greens (for serving)
