Ingredients

• ½ kilo ground meat
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 pinch vanilla
• ¾ cup bread crumbs
• 3 tablespoons water mixed with 2 tablespoons powdered milk
• salt, pepper and cinnamon
• 1 cup bread crumbs, to coat
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs + 2 tablespoons water + vanilla + salt
• 200 g turkey ham
• 200 g sliced mozzarella
