Chilli Caramel Prawns with Singapore Noodles - Wokka Noodles
A little heat, sweet, but heaps of flavour. In this recipe, Wokka Singapore Style Noodles are stir-fried in a wok with prawns, chilli, snow peas and green beans
Ingredients
- 1 x 440g packet Wokka Singapore Style Noodles
- 100g palm sugar, grated
- 1 tablespoon tamarind puree
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 stick lemongrass, finely slice (white part only)
- 2 bird’s eye chilli, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 450g green king prawns, peeled, deveined and tail intact
- 100g snow peas
- 100g green beans, halved
