- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Basting
- Brown Onion Paste - 1/2 Cup
- Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Amchur Powder (Raw Mango Powder) - 1 teaspoon, for sprinkling before serving.
