Ingredients
- 1 package of Lapin Liha’s sautéed meat of reindeer or red deer, 240g
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 bag of corn chips
- 400g black beans, drained
- 150g grated cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 firm and tart apple, diced
- 1 silver onion, finely chopped
- 1 dl chopped cilantro
- ½ green chili, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper
