Fish Curry recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 1 slit green chillie
• Add in 2 chopped onions.
• Add in 2 tablespoon freshly pressed garlic.
• Add in 2 cups liquidised tomatoes
• 1 packet Tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 tablespoon aamli concentrate (from akhalwayas)
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• Add in fish of choice.
