Fish Curry recipe by Shaheda

Ingredients

• 1kg fish
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds
• 1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds
• 3 large onions chopped fine
• 2 springs curry leaves
• 4 green chillies
• 2 tablespoon garlic
• 4 tomatoes, liquidized
• 2 tablespoon tomato puree
• 1/2tTurmeric
• 1 teaspoon Dhana
• 1 teaspoon Jeera
• 3 teaspoon Red chillies
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 2 teaspoon Tamarind
