Shepherd's Pie Recipe - Traeger Grills

Ingredients

• 1 Pound Ground beef, or lamb
• 1 Medium yellow onion, diced
• 1 Large carrot, diced 1/4-inch-pieces
• 1 Clove garlic, minced
• 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 Cup beef broth
• 2 Teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
• 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
• To Taste salt
• To Taste freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Cup frozen peas
• 4 Cups homemade mashed potatoes, warmed
• 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
