- 6 each Quail Eggs
- 1 oz Caviar (Sturgeon (Not Tobiko or Salmon roe))
- 1 tsp Creme Fraiche (Can use good quality sour cream or Greek yogurt)
- 1 bottle Champagne (Optional but recommended)
