• 1 tsp porcini powder (optional)
• 100ml white wine
• 250g mascarpone cheese
• 100g baby leaf spinach
• 50g Parmesan, finely grated
• 200g Taleggio cheese
• Truffle oil (optional)
• Salt and black pepper
