Ingredients: (2 pounds, thawed) Ground Round - 1 lb Tube; 1 small onion, peeled and chopped; 2 small green peppers, seeded and chopped; 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped; 2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes (I used fire roasted); 1 14oz can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained; 1 4oz can diced green chilies (but use a larger size if you would prefer); 2 C beef stock; 1 C small uncooked pasta, I used a small elbow; 1 can reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained; 1 can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained; Seasonings: ground cumin, chili powder, coarse salt, black/white pepper, cilantro- season according to preference
