Tuna pasta Casserole - Chef Osama

Ingredients

• 2 cans tuna in olive oil
• 1/2 Kilo pasta, boiled, drained
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 cup carrot, diced
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon basil, chopped
• 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups milk
