• 2 cups baby spinach, pressed into the cup with stems
• 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
• 400 grams chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 2 tbsps full-fat yogurt
• 1 tbsp heavy whipped cream
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cumin
• fresh cracked pepper
• ¼ cup tahini
• Lime juice
