• 2 - 3 cups ofbreadcrumbs (regular)
• 3eggs (large)
• 1 TSP ofkosher salt
• 2 TSP ofground pepper
• 1 TBSP ofseasoned salt
• 1 TSP ofgarlic salt
• 4 cups ofvegetable stock (or water)
• 1 cup ofpolenta (or grits)
• 4 TBSP ofunsalted butter
• salt (to taste)
• ground pepper (to taste)
