Ingredients

• 1/2 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced
• 1 large naval orange, supremed
• 2 blood oranged, supremed
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 golden beets, lightly boiled and quartered
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• juice of 1 lime
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp forest juice
• 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
• salt/pepper to taste
