  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp dark rum (optional)
  • 100g salted mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • <h3>SALTED HONEY CARAMEL</h3>
  • 190g honey
  • 250ml (1 cup) fresh cream
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp salt
