• 1 package Taco seasoning mix, McCormick
• 3 cup Beef broth (stock)
• 1/2 can (28 oz) Rotel Chunky Tomatoes with Green Chilis
• 1 can (4oz) Green chili peppers, canned
• 2 cup Pasta, macaroni, elbow, dry
• 1 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve
• 1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned
• 1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, lactose free, 1% M.F.
• 4 oz Cream cheese
• 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
